Connected Lead Ecosystem: Where Data, Automation, and Sales Align

To streamline and maximize the value of inbound leads for our client, we implemented a robust, multi-step lead management system that connects website activity, call tracking, and CRM automation.

  • Lead Sources & Routing: Leads generated through the client’s website (via Gravity Forms) and inbound phone calls are automatically funneled into HubSpot CRM. Given the complexity of routing call data, we utilized custom webhooks and Zapier workflows to ensure seamless data delivery and synchronization.

  • Lead Tracking & Redundancy: In addition to CRM capture, all leads are also logged into a centralized Google Sheet. This serves both as a verification layer and as a data redundancy measure, helping ensure no leads are lost and providing a backup for quality control.

  • Marketing Automation & Nurturing: Web form leads are simultaneously pushed to ActiveCampaign, our email marketing and automation platform, where they enter a lead nurturing sequence designed to educate and convert prospects over time.

  • Audience Retargeting: The entire funnel is integrated with Google Analytics. We’ve built custom audiences based on website behavior and form completions, allowing us to serve highly targeted remarketing ads to qualified visitors and warm leads.

This technical setup ensures every lead is captured, verified, nurtured, and retargeted, enabling the sales team to focus on qualified opportunities while reducing lead leakage and maximizing ROI.
